Postcards from Vienna, Austria

Just wanted to say thank you to one of the most thoughtful Travel/Mommy blogger's that I know. Although we've never met in person (would love to meet her one day), I would still like to thank her for the lovely postcards that she sent me this week.

All the way from Vienna, Austria to the Philippines, Marie Michel has taken the time to send about 100 postcards to different people. Lucky me! I was fortunate enough to get two of her awesome creations.

Now, I would like to share the two beautiful photo cards that she sent me recently (both of the cards had her personal snapshots printed on them). So if you happen to check out her website, you'll be amazed at how great she is when taking pictures of her kids, of the places she explores with her family and more. She's talented. She writes profoundly. She's very thoughtful and generous.

I also loved how Marie quoted from Roald Dahl (author of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory). And how she encouraged me 'to be a child, be free!' --- and to continue to share more of the world's remarkable beauty.

So thanks again, Marie! Hope you don't mind me posting your remarkable photos and your heartwarming messages here on Budget Biyahera! I really hope to meet you soon. :)

Explore & Be Free!

  20. It's very thoughtful of Ms Marie to send you these personalized postcards. Distance may separate us from each other but through this avenue, we get to meet new and significant friends. We learn to appreciate the kind of bond that somehow make us closer.
