HEAT WAVE 101: How to spend your summertime in the Philippines

The heat wave hasn't gone full blast on us just yet. But you can definitely feel it coming. I've been sweating like crazy, and the fan in my room is almost always turned on the whole time. So what more when the rest of the summer months come in, right?

Anyway, most of you are probably gone to that much awaited trip for the Holy Week, while I'm stuck at home with a fractured 5th Metatarsal! However, I see my 'painful condition' rather fit for my penitence this year.  And since I'm on house arrest with no plans in tow, then allow me to share some of my local escapes that I think are quite fitting this summer. [Check out my 2012 Summer Post here]

  42. nice compilation of your escapades. i'm not really sure why but for some reason most of my travels don't fall on the months of summer, maybe because i'm avoiding the peak months where beaches are crowded and accommodation rates are the highest.
